Teacher Appreciation Month Spotlight: Tammy Videkovich of Bascomb ES!
In honor of Teacher Appreciation Month, we’re celebrating a school 2025 Teacher of the Year each day! Fifth-grade math and science teacher Tammy Videkovich, a 25-year educator, is the Teacher of the Year for Bascomb Elementary School!
“What truly sets Ms. V apart is her passion for teaching and unwavering commitment to helping each student reach their full potential,” shared the parent of former students. “She can connect with each of her students while respecting their diverse educational knowledge and backgrounds. She uses her special skills to enhance their academic growth and make them better people. I am a proud parent of two adult men who are thriving professionally and personally because of Ms. V’s impact on their lives. My boys are the men that they are because of Ms. V’s influence.”
